Postseason honors continue to pour in for local athletes.

This time, the CIF-Southern Section recently released its allsection teams.

Boys' volleyball

Westlake High outside hitter Jake Kneller is the Player of the Year for the All-CIF Southern Section Division II boys' volleyball team.

Kneller's head coach, Doug Magorien, was named the Coach of the Year.

Local Division II first-team players are Scott Kevorken and Travis Magorien of Westlake; Jerame Mass and Tyler Petersen of Royal; Chad Kanji of Thousand Oaks; and Mike Hatch of Agoura.

Second-team members are Keats Stanley and Nick Weaver of Westlake; Michael Taxter of Thousand Oaks; and Trevor Jones of Royal.

Thousand Oaks' Sean Foley and Matt Janke of Royal are on the third team.

Patrick Quinn of Oak Park is the Coach of the Year in Division III after leading the Eagles to a surprise berth in the section finals.

Eric Varney and Jeff Sakaida of Oak Park are firstteam selections, along with Oaks Christian's Alani Fua.

Setters Whitney Warren of Oak Park and Oliver MacPherson of Oaks Christian are on the second team.

Oak Park's Christien McManus is on the third team.

Eric Jensen of Hillcrest Christian in Thousand Oaks is a secondteam selection on the Division V squad.

Softball

Taylor Yamek of Thousand Oaks is on the Division I softball first team.

Nancy Bowling of Royal is on the second team. The Highlander is joined on the second team by Moorpark's Tori Flores and Paris Shipp of Thousand Oaks.

Julie Rice of Oak Park and Kiana Quolas of Oaks Christian are on the Division III first team.

Savannah Carpenter of Oaks Christian is on the second team.

Kassy Dunn and Danielle Fletcher of Grace Brethren are on the Division VI first team. Viewpoint's Michelle Lesser is also on the first team.

Brooke Berka and Emily Ashton of Viewpoint, and Brianne Lundgren of Grace Brethren are on the second team.

Baseball

Firstteam selections from Division I are Jack Marder of Newbury Park, Drew Sandler of Simi Valley and Christian Yelich of Westlake.

Second-team selections are Brent Keys and Chris Talley of Simi Valley; Cody Buckel of Royal; and Landon Hunt from Moorpark.

In Division IV, Drew Hacker of Oaks Christian is on the second team.
