Simi Valley Presbyterian Church will host a Fourth of July event at the church parking lot at 4832 Cochran St. The public is invited at no charge.

A worship service in the sanctuary will be at 5:30 p.m.

A hot barbecue pit will be available at 6:40 p.m. for participants to grill their own food.

Flashback Rockin' Oldies will provide live music at 7 p.m.

The Rancho Santa Susana Park fireworks can be viewed from the parking lot at 9:20 p.m.
