      On April 15, a 40-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at Spence Street and Callahan Avenue. In the 4200 block of Helene Street, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and a 23year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana while driving April 15.

Man allegedly threatened to 'shoot it out' with police
      A Simi Valley man was arrested April 19 after a domestic dispute elevated into a short stand-off with police. Logan Merritt, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and possesion of a concealed loaded firearm in public.
