      On March 25, a 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary. A 43-year-old man was arrested in the 2500 block of Galena Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance March 25. In the 2500 block of Galena Avenue, a 21-year-old man was arrested March 26 for possession of narcotics.
