The Simi Valley Elks Lodge No. 2492 recently announced their new officers for the 2009-10 year.

The officers are Hector Morales, exalted ruler; Bill Mason, leading knight; John D'Amico, loyal knight; John Lawson, lecturing knight; Todd Bair, secretary; Bobbi Schrader, treasurer; Ray Day, tiler; Marissa Mason, esquire; Ralph Sherwood, chaplain, and Walt Kroetsch, inner guard.

The trustees are Paul Lipari, one year; Mike Homsy, two years; Jim Vandenberg, three years; Rex Bollar, four years; and Gordon Voshall, five years.

The new officers were installed on March 17 following a corned beef and cabbage St. Patrick's Day dinner.
