Those interested in leading a CROP Hunger Walk team should attend a recruiter rally at 10 a.m. Sat., April 18 at United Methodist Church of Simi Valley, 2394 Erringer Road.

Attendees will receive information about the walk, including walker donation envelopes and maps. Refreshments will be served.

The Simi Valley 5K CROP (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) Hunger Walk will take place Sun., May 31.

Twenty-five percent of money donated stays in Simi Valley to support agencies such as The Samaritan Center and Care and Share regional food bank.
