The Community Pregnancy Clinic and Sarah's House will host their second annual fundraising golf tournament Mon., April 27 at Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive.

Registration, putting contest, driving range and continental breakfast begin at 9:30 a.m. Teeoff is 11 a.m. with a silent auction at 4 p.m. and buffet and awards at 5 p.m.

The cost of $185 per player includes breakfast, golf, tee prizes, driving range, cart, boxed lunch, prize drawing and buffet dinner.
