The Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District presents the following programs for seniors.

Unless otherwise noted, activities take place at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 2900 Avenida Simi.

•A trip to Riverside Resort and Casino in Laughlin, Nev., will take place April 20 to 22. The trip includes motor coach transportation, accommodations for two nights, two breakfast buffets and one choice buffet.

The cost is $92 double occupancy and $112 single occupancy. Registration deadline is April 10.

•A trip to Catalina Island will be on Wed., May 13. Participants will board the motor coach at 7:30 a.m. from the senior center and ride the Catalina Express to arrive in Avalon at 11:10 a.m.

Participants may explore on their own, visit shops, take a tour and eat. Individual tours may be purchased after arrival on the island.

The boat departs from the island at 7 p.m., and participants will arrive back in Simi Valley at about 9:45 p.m.

The cost is $94.
