French eatery offering night of fine wine

Chef Sylvain Rivet of Amuse Bouche- Fine Dining will host a winemaker's dinner with Allan Green of Greenwood Ridge Vineyards on Sun., March 15 at Amuse Bouche, 5754 E. Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.

Rivet has created a menu that pairs with the wines that Green has produced. A graphic artist by trade, Green incorporates the art of grape growing and wine making, which pairs with Rivet's food presentations and his sensibility in combining flavors.

The menu will be a four course prix fixe for $69 per person, which includes the wines. Space is limited and reservations are recommended.
