The nonprofit America's Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College will host its 19th annual Spring Spectacular fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, March 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 at the college campus, 7075 Campus Road, Moorpark.

Guests can see three different animal shows and meet exotic animal species up close. Food, games, crafts and behind-the-scenes tours of zoo operations will be available.

The entirely student-run zoo houses the Exotic Animal Training and Management program. For 22 months, students of the program work daily to care for the zoo's 150 exotic animals.

Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children and seniors, and free for children under 2 years old.
