The city of Simi Valley will conduct its third public workshop for input on designing a memorial in recognition of the victims of the Sept. 12, 2008 Metrolink collision.

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Tues, March 10 in room 106 of the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

The City Council has initiated efforts to partner with the community in providing a permanent remembrance for those impacted by the collision, which left 25 people dead, 10 from Simi Valley.

The public is invited to participate in the third workshop to review and share ideas about the design based on direction given at the second workshop.
