The Rotary clubs in Simi Valley are collecting nonperishable food goods for Care & Share in Simi Valley from 8 a.m. to noon tomorrow, Feb. 21 at all Vons and Pavilions stores in Simi Valley.

A Rotary canopy will be set up in each parking lot for drop-off, or donations may be handed to Rotarians at the door of the stores.

With the high cost of food and fuel, low-income residents are struggling to put nutritious meals on the table for their families. Community participation in this food drive is important to help keep the food bank stocked.

This is a community service event in conjunction with Rotarians at Work Day around the world.
