The Ventura County Special Education Local Plan Area will host a free program on "IEP— Your Child's Plan for Success" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wed., Feb. 25 at the Adult Education Center, 5200 Valentine Road, Ventura.

The program will have an overview of special education laws and IEP process with tips for parents for better participation.

The event is for parents with children of all ages and abilities. Registration is required.
