The Reading Program Tutor Training teaches adults how to help other adults read better.

The training consists of 14 hours of instruction in four sessions of 3.5 hours each. The classes and materials are free.

The next training session will be from 5 to 8:30 p.m. starting Thurs., Feb. 26 at the Simi Valley Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

An optional fifth follow-up session will be available.

The program is sponsored by the Ventura County Library Reading Instruction for Adults.
