The Simi Valley/Moorpark Democratic Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wed., Feb. 18 at the Simi Valley Library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

A representative from SOAR (Save Open Space and Agricultural Resources) will discuss openair issues. A questionandanswer period will follow.

Members and guests are encouraged to bring nonperishable food, blankets, old cellphones and toiletries for charity.
