Two teens were stabbed in Simi Valley Wednesday night in what appears to be a gang-related incident, according to the Simi Valley Police Department.

The stabbing occurred around 10:50 p.m. Tues., Feb. 10 in the 1100 block of Arcane Street, Lt. Paul Fitzpatrick said.

Tony Anderson, 18, and a 16year-old male sustained multiple injuries to the head, chest, neck, hands and arms.

The two were treated at Simi Valley Hospital for their wounds, though the injuries were not considered life threatening, Fitzpatrick said.

Police believe the incident to be gang-related.

"The preliminary investigation revealed that several gang members went to the Arcane Street location and rival gang members from Simi Valley were there," he said. "A fight started, resulting in the injuries to (Anderson) and the 16-year-old."

Police have arrested German DelRio, 20, and a 16-year-old male in connection with the stabbing. The Simi Valley Police Department's Special Problems Unit is continuing to investigate the violent altercation.

"The investigation is still going on," Fitzpatrick said. "Two suspects are in custody, and we are trying to identify the possibility of a third suspect."
