Two arrests made in late-night stabbings
      Two teens were stabbed in Simi Valley Wednesday night in what appears to be a gang-related incident, according to the Simi Valley Police Department. The stabbing occurred around 10:50 p.m. Tues., Feb. 10 in the 1100 block of Arcane Street, Lt. Paul Fitzpatrick said.
