WEEKEND WORKOUT— Jack Von Molt, 9, gets some help from his dad, Jeff, while doing a pull-up Sunday afternoon at Rancho Tapo Community Park. They were at the park with Cub Scout Pack 3663 Den 8. The Scouts were working toward their athletic achievement pins. Jeff is the den leader and said the boys were stretching, doing sit-ups and push-ups, running, learning how to take a pulse and learning the ill affects of drugs and alcohol on the body.
