The Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley will honor U.S. Rep. Elton Gallegly (R-Thousand Oaks) as the club's Humanitarian of the Year at a dinner scheduled for Sat., Jan. 10 at the Reagan Library, 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley.

Friends of Gallegly will toast him after the dinner.

Gallegly has supported the club's youth development programs through government grants awarded through the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Protection in Washington, D.C.
