NEVER FORGOTTEN—Vietnam War veteran Ed Tingstrom, color guard captain for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10049 Simi Valley and a retired U.S. army sergeant, respectfully salutes an armed forces member's cap during the California VFW National Prisoner of War and Missing in Action ceremony at Veterans Plaza on Saturday. The cap, along with five others, represents those missing in action and prisoners of war from the five armed forces as well as civilians.
