T.O. Philharmonic presents 'Opus 22'
      The Thousand Oaks Philharmonic will present its "Opus 22" set of concerts on Friday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 3 in Camarillo and Thousand Oaks. The professional orchestra will be led by guest conductor Richard Rintoul. Six pianists will be featured in the concerts.
