Freeway widening leaves reader with wide smile

The additional lanes on the 23 Freeway save me about 40 minutes on my commute to and from work each day.

I no longer have to fight my way to work on surface streets. I don't have to worry about being late due to traffic backups.

There are a lot of stressful things in life, but the opening of the 23 Freeway lanes is a breath of fresh air. I smile just a little a bit every time I travel it now.

Thanks to everyone from taxpayers to construction crews for making this happen.
