Street Fair is tomorrow
Families can peruse the goods at more than 350 booths

The Simi Valley Street Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, May 10, on Cochran Street between Galena and Sequoia avenues.

More than 350 booths will display business products, arts and crafts, clothing and accessories, health and fitness, community organizations and commercial vendors.

There will also be an arts festival highlighting local artists and a Kids' Faire and crafts. Food will be available.

"There is something for everyone" said event chair Mark Medina. "There are children's activities, business information, healthcare booths, lots of food, demonstrations and free giveaway items."

The city of Simi Valley and the Simi Valley Police Department will present an Emergency Expo on Galena just south of Cochran.

The expo will feature police, fire and other emergency equipment as well as information on earthquakes and floods.
