Home health care agency hosting gala celebration

Ventura-based Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association will have a gala celebration on Saturday, May 17 at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley.

At the event Charles M. Hair, MD, will be honored for his devotion to the agency. Throughout his tenure with Livingston, Hair has overseen the direction and growth of the home health care and hospice agency to meet the needs of Ventura County residents.

To date, $400,000 has been raised for the event. Sponsor funds have been designated to support Livingston's pediatric hospice, hospice, nurse reentry programs and endowment.
