The California Department of Transportation and the Ventura County Transportation Commission invite the public to celebrate the completion of the Moorpark State Route 23 widening and soundwall project with an opening ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17 in the parking lot in front of the Ortho Mattress store overlooking the highway from the Los Angeles Avenue onramp.

The address is 14339 White Sage Road, Ste. A, Moorpark.

Attendees are requested to RSVP to Yessica Jovel, Caltrans Public Affairs, at (213) 8971876, or Maria Raptis at (213) 897-9372.
