Blotter A residential burglary resulting in the loss of $1,500 worth of personal property from a home in E. Bonita Drive was reported April 2. An 84-year-old man was arrested in the 3100 block of N. Arlington Avenue on April 3 and charged with grand theft of $8,500. Personal property valued at $3,725 was reported stolen from a home in the 1800 block of Ridgegate Lane on April 3. A 19-year-old woman was arrested on the corner of Yuba and Maricopa drives on April 3 and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, driving on a suspended license and having an outstanding warrant. A 20-year-old woman was also arrested and charged with appropriation of lost property. A 28-year-old man was arrested at an undisclosed location on April 4 and charged with child annoying, loitering on private property, resisting a peace officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and having an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. U.S. mint coins valued at $5,000 were reported stolen March 4 from a home in the 4500 block of E. Cochran Street. On April 4 at an undisclosed location, a 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempted murder with a knife, assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats. A 44-year-old man was arrested April 4 in the 2300 block of N. Brentwood Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance and commercial burglary. On April 4, an 18-year-old man was arrested at Santa Susana High School in the 3500 block of E. Cochran Street and charged with possession of marijuana on school grounds. Personal property including a computer was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Patricia Avenue on April 5. A residential burglary in the 4900 block of Abilene Street, reported on April 5, resulted in the loss of jewelry valued at $7,500. A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with stalking at an undisclosed location on April 6. On the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Tapo Canyon Road, a 28-year-old man was arrested April 7 and charged with 200 counts of identity theft, possession of a smoking pipe and violation of probation. Tools valued at $5,000 were reported stolen April 7 from a vehicle on the 600 block of E. Cochran Street. An 18-year-old man was arrested April 7 on the 1600 block of Ysrella Avenue and charged with a narcotics felony. On the corner of Royal and Darrah avenues, a 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property on April 7. A 23-year-old man was arrested in the 900 block of Flowerglen Street on April 8 and charged with conspiracy and residential burglary. Personal property valued at $1,541 was reported stolen April 8 from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Corto Street. On April 8, a 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with conspiracy and residential burglary in the 2300 block of Marvel Avenue. A vehicle burglary resulting in the loss of $2,320 worth of personal property on the 2800 block of Hollister Street was reported April 8. Tools valued at $5,060 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1700 block of Pope Avenue on April 8. A 20yearold man and an 18year-old man were arrested April 8 in the 1400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and charged with possession of methamphetamines. In the 1800 block of Rocking Horse Drive on April 8, a 31-year-old woman was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. A vehicle burglary resulting in the loss of personal property valued at $772 was reported on the 1300 block of Madera Road on April 8. Personal property valued at $860 was reported stolen April 8 from a vehicle on the 1500 block of N. Church Street. A 37-year-old man was arrested at an undisclosed location on April 8 and charged with petty theft from a motor vehicle and providing false citizenship documents. On April 8, a 26-year-old man was arrested on the 2500 block of Graystone Place and charged with simple domestic assault. On April 9 stereo and computer equipment valued at $1,700 was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 2200 block of Stinson Street.
