Woman selected as head Elk

Simi Valley Elks Lodge No. 2492 recently announced their new officers.

The new officers are Exalted Ruler, Olivia Morales; Esteemed Leading Knight, Hector Morales; Esteemed Loyal Knight, Bill Mason; Esteemed Lecturing Knight, John D'Amico; Secretary, Todd Bair; Treasurer, Bobbi Schrader; Five Year Trustee, Rex Bollar; Esquire, Heather Johnson; Chaplain, Mike Johnson; Tiller, Ray Day; and Inner Guard, John Lawson.

Morales is the lodge's first woman Exalted Ruler in 35 years.
