      Hello, Simi Valley . . . wake up and smell the churches. The extensive list of churches in Simi Valley, published in the Acorn two weeks ago outnumbers the schools we have in Simi Valley. And we need another church? On Tierra Rejada Road?

This stop sign could use a sting
      I live across the street from Grace Brethren Junior/Senior High, which also houses a preschool at the corner of Elizondo Street and Cherry Avenue. At this corner are stop signs which no one ever stops for, especially the parents picking up their children.
