Hospital foundation wants 'Woman of the Year' nominations
Winners will be honored at luncheon and fashion show

The Simi Valley Hospital Foundation is taking nominations for the Woman of the Year award.

Nominees will be recognized at the hospital's annual "Hats Off to Women!" luncheon and fashion show scheduled for Friday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum.

Nominee criteria includes women who give of their time and talents to an organization or charitable cause and whose commitment and dedication make a difference in the community.

Those submitting a nomination should provide a brief onepage narrative as to why the nominee should be considered for the award.

Nomination deadline is Friday, April 11. Those making the nomination should include their name and phone number.

Nominations can be mailed to the Simi Valley Hospital Foundation, 2975 N. Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley, CA 93065, faxed to (805) 955-8188 or e-mailed to brewerjl@ah.org.
