Residents give up greenbacks at Ed Foundation grand gala
Reagan Library's Air Force Pavilion plays host to the Simi Valley Education Foundation's annual Gala Dinner, Dance and Auction

1. The breathtaking Air Force One Pavilion at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library was the backdrop once again for the Simi Valley Education Foundation annual Gala Dinner, Dance and Auction held Saturday evening.

5. Live auction auctioneer Jim Glines works for bids, trying to get attendees to open their pocket books for education. Proceeds go to the foundation, which last year donated more than $72,000 in enchancement grants to teachers, departments and entire schools to purchases supplies, science materials, books and software.
