Michael Tenenbaum, a 39year-old business lawyer from Thousand Oaks, recently announced the launch of his campaign to challenge Elton Gallegly for the Republican nomination to represent the 24th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

"After 22 years, it's time we had a new Republican voice in Congress," Tenenbaum said.
