'Bowls of Hope' seeking student artwork

Many Mansions invites students of all ages to submit artwork for display at the Bowls of Hope Project from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 6 at the Vineyards in Simi Valley.

Artists are encouraged to submit artwork on the theme "Fly Away Home." This theme represents the path homeless families experience as they rebuild their lives, much as a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. Artwork on the themes of hope, compassion, homelessness and/or affordable housing is also encouraged.

Submission deadline is Friday, March 28.

Prizes donated by Fish Ceramics will be awarded.
