Artist's works to be on display

Ines Blesilda "Bessie" Jacinto's impressionist paintings will be featured in February at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave.

The public is invited to an artist's reception on Saturday, Feb. 16 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the center.

Jacinto's work is inspired by local and foreign landscapes.

The art exhibit, "Serene Wanderings II," will also include poetry from the Women's Artistic Network.
