A 34-year-old man was arrested Jan. 16 on N. Parker Court and charged with vandalism of more than $400 and making criminal threats. A 19-year-old woman was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of Xanax.

On Jan. 16, a 26-year-old man was arrested on the 3000 block of Royal Avenue and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a destructive device, possession of ammunition, auto theft, forgery, identity theft, possession of burglary tools and unlawful possession of a motor vehicle master key.

A portable water trailer valued at $8,000 was reported stolen from the corner of Yosemite Avenue and Highway 118 on Jan. 16.

Commercial equipment valued at $4,000 was reported stolen from a business on the 2200 block of Tapo Street on Jan. 17.

A 40-year-old man was arrested Jan. 17 on the 2100 block of E. Chesterton Street and charged with domestic battery and simple assault.

On Jan. 17, a safe containing stocks and bonds valued at $1 million was reported stolen from a home on Thomas Court.

A residential burglary resulting in the loss of $950 worth of personal property was reported from Valencia Court on Jan. 17.

On Jan. 18, a commercial robbery with the use of a firearm was reported from the Knolls Plaza Market on the 1400 block of Kuehner Drive.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested and charged with grand theft shoplifting at the Simi Valley Town Center on Jan. 18.

Computer equipment valued at $2,649 was reported stolen from a vehicle on Leslie Court on Jan. 18.

A 20-year-old man was arrested Jan. 18 and charged with inflicting domestic corporal injury on the 2800 block of Fairbanks Avenue.

On the 5000 block of Alamo Street, a 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in a vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol on Jan. 19.

Various tools valued at $1,450 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5200 block of Mildred Street on Jan. 20.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on the corner of W. Jefferson Way and Simi Town Center Way on Jan. 20 and charged with unlawful taking/ driving of a vehicle and battery against a spouse/cohabitant.

On Jan. 20, a global positioning system valued at $500 was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5400 block of San Joaquin Street.

A man whose age was undisclosed was arrested Jan. 20 on the 2100 block of Guerne Avenue and charged with making criminal threats.

An 18-year-old man was arrested on the 3300 block of Lost Canyons Drive on Jan. 21 and charged with possession of methamphetamines, sales and transportation of methamphetamines and driving without a license. A 24-year-old man was also arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violation of parole.

A residential burglary resulting in the loss of $8,559 worth of cash was reported from the 2200 block of N. Marvel Avenue on Jan. 22.
