Youth baseball league hosting final tryouts for spring play

The Grace Brethren Youth Sports baseball final try-out day for its 22nd season is at 9 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 12 at Grace Brethren Elementary School, 1717 Arcane St., Simi Valley.

The coaches will use this time to evaluate all players in division 1 (Majors 11-12 years old), Division 2 (Minors 9-10 years old), and Division 3 (Farm 7-8 years old).

The league will provide jersey, hat, coaches, insurance and trophies for each player. All games and most practices are held on the home field.

All players are welcome, but space is limited.
