On Dec. 24, a 41-year-old man was arrested on the 1400 block of Hilgard Avenue and charged with cultivation of marijuana.

A Beretta pistol valued at $500 was reported stolen from a home on the 2100 block of First Street on Dec. 24.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on the 3900 block of Alamo Street on Dec. 26 and charged with continuous child molestation, rape by force and oral copulation by force.

A car stereo worth $1,800 was reported stolen from Mollison Drive on Dec. 26.

On the 4400 block of Walnut Street on Dec. 26, a 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with battery causing great bodily injury.

At Rancho Simi Community Park on Dec. 26, a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A 44-year-old man was also arrested and charged with fighting in public.

On Dec. 27, a 27-year-old man was arrested on the 3600 block of Cochran Street and charged with driving on a suspended license and defrauding the Department of Motor Vehicles.

A 48-year-old man was arrested on Casual Court on Dec. 27 and charged with carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a controlled substance, cruelty to a child, corporal injury inflicted upon a family member, possession of narcotics with a firearm and forgery of legal documents.

On the corner of Erringer Road and Heywood Street, a 50-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines, possession of a smoking device and possession of a machete under the driver's seat on Dec. 27.

Auto parts worth $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 2300 block of Rudolph Drive on Dec. 28.

On the 2900 block of Galena Avenue, a 28-year-old man was arrested Dec. 28 and charged of being under the influence of narcotics and possession of a syringe or needle.

Auto parts valued at $1,275 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 3000 block of Racine Street on Dec. 29.

On Dec. 29, approximately $8,250 worth of jewelry and cash were reported stolen from a home on Bitternut Circle.

Computer equipment worth $4,200 was reported stolen from a home on Maple Court on Dec. 29.

On the 1900 block of Angus Avenue, tools and auto parts valued at $1,820 were reported stolen from a vehicle on Dec. 30.

Golf equipment valued at $2,090 was reported stolen on Dec. 31 from a vehicle on Silver Moss Court.

A 41yearold man, a 19yearold man, a 26yearold man, a 30year-old man and a 40-year-old man were arrested on the 2200 block of Ward Avenue on Dec. 31 and charged with burglary, resisting a peace officer, criminal conspiracy and possession of burglary tools.
