A Lancaster man was arrested last Thursday after he allegedly committed a lewd act and exposed himself to multiple minors from the seat of his car.

Louis Villanueva, 45, was arrested on two counts of indecent exposure and booked at Ventura County Main Jail.

On Dec. 18 at 3 p.m., the Simi Valley Police Department received a call from the parent of a Simi Valley High school student about a man driving a white Toyota Corolla near the school.

The subject was allegedly touching himself as he tried to speak with several girls walking by.

Officers found Villanueva in his car near Los Angeles Avenue and Stearns Street.

Earlier, someone matching the man's description had been touching himself as he approached a 17year-old girl walking near Cochran Street and Sycamore Drive. The victim, a Santa Susana High School student, was contacted, and she positively identified the suspect.
