Fourteen officers from the Simi Valley Police Department conducted a DUI saturation patrol in the city from 7 p.m. Fri., Dec. 19 through 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

According to police reports, five persons were arrested: four for DUI and one for driving with a suspended license. Three other persons were cited for driving without a license.

Funding for this operation was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
