The California Highway Patrol will host the annual CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive through Sun., Dec. 21.

The project, in conjunction with KCAL 9, collects toys for lowincome individuals, families and charities throughout California.

New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any CHP office statewide, including those in Moorpark and Ventura.

The collected toys will be distributed locally to less fortunate children and families through nonprofit agencies.
