The Simi Valley Moorpark Association of Realtors celebrated its 44th annual installation of newly-appointed board of directors for 2009.

Affiliates, guests and 150 Realtors attended the luncheon at the Wood Ranch Country Club on Nov. 14.

Stuart Monteith, regional chair for Region 11, installed the new board. Outgoing president Vicki Gemette presented Nelson Carrillo, president-elect for 2009, with his president's pin and gavel.

Incoming board members are Carrillo; Peter Greer, president-elect; Linda Enderson, treasurer, and Kathryn Laub, Chris Loveall, James Mackelburg, Jeff Phillips, Nicole Romanowski and Charlene Siemon, directors.

Brian Troop of Troop Realtors received the Realtor of the Year award, and Eric Little of State Farm was given the Affiliate of the Year award.

Several Realtors received their 20year pins and 30year pins. Gloria Arnold was given her 35-year pin.

Sue Anderson and Ron Williams both received their 40-year pins as members of the association.

Becky Scott chaired the luncheon.
