Katie Greeley, DC, of Simi Valley recently completed her certification of the Webster technique, which she will use in her family based chiropractic practice.

Greeley primarily sees pregnant women, as well as children and active adults, in her Wood Ranch office.

The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nerve system and balances pelvic muscles and ligaments, which reduces a cause of intrauterine constraint and allows the baby to move into the best possible position for birth.

The certification is one of many that Greeley is working on during her yearlong training for the 180hour certification from the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.

During this training, Greeley will participate in an ongoing research study with pregnant women undergoing chiropractic care and increasing her specialization in the area of chiropediatrics.
