Wells Fargo bank employee charged with embezzlement

Teller admits to stealing $35,000 over the course of two days
Corey Nolan, 22, of Simi Valley, was recently arrested on charges of embezzlement, grand theft and burglary.
According to police reports, Nolan was a teller at the Westlake Village Wells Fargo Bank branch.
When Nolan did not report for work on Nov. 21, the bank contacted the Simi Valley Police Department. Nolan's bank box was missing approximately $18,000.
Officers found Nolan at the motel where he was staying and recovered $30,450 from the motel room.
Police said Nolan admitted that he had embezzled approximately $35,000 from his employer during two days.
