      National College Planners will hold a free workshop on getting money for college education from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Thurs., Dec. 4 at the Grant Brimhall/ Thousand Oaks Library; 10:30 a.m. to noon Sat., Dec. 6 at the Newbury Park Library; and 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Mon., Dec. 8 at the Simi Valley Library.
