Decor business reopens at new locale
      Cathy Beaman, Decor & You regional director and franchise owner, will host a ribbon-cutting at noon Tues., Nov. 18 to celebrate the relocation of the franchise to 4505 E. Industrial St., Ste. 2H, Simi Valley. "Our new space is much larger, and we now have enough room to host workshops and seminars for our customers," Beaman said.
