Provide input on train crash memorial

The city of Simi Valley will conduct a workshop to solicit public input on establishing a memorial in recognition of victims of the Sept. 12 Metrolink collision at 6 p.m. Wed., Nov. 19 in the community room at Simi Valley City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.

The City Council has authorized use of the Simi Valley Train Station as a potential site for the memorial.

The public is invited to offer ideas on alternate locations, design options and recommendations for a dedication of the memorial.
