The Southern California Housing Rights Center will conduct a housing rights workshop from 1 to 2 p.m. Thurs., Nov. 6 at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

The free workshop will provide information on fair housing laws, tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, rent increases, evictions, proper noticing and preventing housing discrimination.
