On Oct. 16, a 21-year-old woman was arrested on a shoplifting charge in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Oct. 16 in the 3800 block of E. Gaines Court and charged with trespassing.

In the 3800 block of E. Gaines Court on Oct. 16, a 26-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were arrested on a charge of trespassing, and a 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with battery in the 1700 block of Spence Street Oct. 16.

The following were arrested Oct. 17 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon: a 23yearold man on the corner of Crosby and Royal avenues and a 44yearold man on the corner of Madera Road and N. Wood Ranch Parkway.

In the 1000 block of Hagen Court, an 18-year-old man was arrested for contempt of court Oct. 17.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested Oct. 17 in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way and charged with theft.

On Oct. 18, a 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old man were arrested for engaging in a motor vehicle speed contest in the 1600 block of Crater Street.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on a traffic warrant Oct. 19 in the 300 block of Spring Breeze Court.

On the corner of Erringer Road and Heywood Street, a 19-year-old man was arrested Oct. 20 for the underage possession of alcohol in a vehicle.

In the 1800 block of Galt Street, a 25yearold woman, a 51yearold man and a 28-year-old man were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance Oct. 20.

On Oct. 21, an 18-year-old man was arrested for vandalism of less than $400 on the 1400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

In the 5800 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue on Oct. 21, a 28year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary and a 21year-old man was arrested for battery against a peace officer.

Three men and one female were arrested Oct. 21 for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

On the corner of Erringer Road and the 118 Freeway, a 19yearold woman was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance Oct. 21.

From Oct. 19 to 21, seven people were arrested for driving under the influence.
