The 13th annual Simi Valley Hospital Foundation Golf Classic will be on Wed., Oct. 29 at the Lost Canyons Golf Club, 3301 Lost Canyons, Simi Valley.

The scramble-format Golf Classic will start at 10 a.m. with a shotgun tee time on the Shadow Course.

The $250 fee per golfer includes lunch, hors d'oeuvre reception, awards ceremony, dinner, gift bag and contests for holeinone, closest to the pin, longest drive and putting.

The event will include an opportunity drawing as well as live and silent auctions.

Proceeds will help fund advanced technology and equipment for emergency services and GI procedures.

Sponsorships range from $300 to $10,000.
