The Ventura County Interfaith Community will sponsor a Victory Over Violence exhibit at 7 p.m. Wed., Oct. 22 at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village, 1049 S. Westlake Blvd.

The event will include a demonstration of the Alternatives to Violence Project and guest speakers, including Pat Hardy, state director of the Alternatives to Violence project of California, and Stephen Pope, a professor at University of California, Santa Barbara.

The Thousand Oaks Police Department will be represented by Capt. Randy Pentis and Sgt. Don Aguilar.

Admission is free. Refreshments will be served.
