No less than two engineers should be on every train
      It seems that when it comes to the Metrolink train crash, more are to blame here than the engineer. Management wants to save a few bucks. We wouldn't fly on an airliner without a pilot and a copilot, so why is there only one guy driving this train with a couple hundred lives at stake?

Miller always keeps what's best for Simi in mind
      I pledge my vote and my support for Paul Miller for reelection as mayor of Simi Valley, the city he helped make one of the safest cities in the country. He is constantly striving to make our community an even better place to live as he diligently performs his civic responsibilities.

      Every election season in Simi Valley, we vote the status quo. Our elected officials are so relaxed about the fact that their return to office is guaranteed that they spend little time and effort on their campaign, at least from the perspective of the average voter.

Let's keep Miller as mayor
      Paul Miller continues to lead our city in the right direction and he has our vote Nov. 4. Paul has shown over the years that he is dedicated to serving our city in the best way possible. He has helped to create many now successful programs such as the Citizens' Academy, which allows residents to learn about our city and our police department.
